At Steve Hamilton art, I take pride in the quality of my products. Each print of art is printed on demand using high quality, industry leading printers and ink, to ensure the highest standards and to provide you with a unique and personalised experience.
Please keep in mind that the image online may differ slightly to the print received due to the inherent nature of the screen of the device you are viewing the online store with.
All art is shipped with tracked and insured packaging.
Original Artwork: Original artworks are photographed with the intent to show the exact piece as close as possible and all care is taken in this process. When selectin ordinal pieces, please contact Steve and he is more than happy to arrange a skype, facetime or Teams meeting so you can see the piece live. Steve offers a 7 day return policy (from the delivered date) for original art, with pieces returned to our place of business at the buyers total cost. Please discuss this with Steve it this is something you are considering.
No Returns for Change of Mind: Given that each print order is custom-printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or if the artwork does not suit your space as expected.
I encourage our customers to carefully select and measure their desired artwork before making a purchase and to contact Steve at any stage to discuss all available options prior to purchase.
Damaged or Faulty Products: Your satisfaction is my top priority, and I strive to deliver your artwork in perfect condition. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
I require that you provide photographic evidence of the damage or fault within 3 days of receiving your order. This helps us understand the issue and process your replacement swiftly.
Replacement Process: Upon verification of the damage or fault, I will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost. The replacement artwork will be printed and shipped as quickly as possible to minimise any inconvenience to you.
I aim to resolve any issues promptly and ensure that you are delighted with your purchase.
Customer Support: If you encounter any issues with your order, Steve is always available to help. Please contact Steve with your order details and a description of the problem. Steve will respond promptly to assist you and guide you through the replacement process if necessary.
